Mar Rubio Varas

Mar Rubio-Varas

I'm an explorer of economic landscapes with a passion for understanding how innovation shapes our future. With a PhD from the London School of Economics and experience as a Fulbright Schol-ar at UC Berkeley, I bring a global perspective to entrepreneurship that balances academic rigor with practical insights. Throughout my career as a Professor of Economic History, I've guided countless students and col-leagues through complex research projects, helping them transform ambitious ideas into tangible outcomes. My work on energy transitions and sustainable development has taught me that true innovation happens at the intersection of vision, persistence, and adaptability—qualities essential for every entrepreneur. When I'm not analyzing economic trends or mentoring teams, you might find me diving into the sto-ries behind successful regional business ecosystems or mapping connections between environ-mental sustainability and market opportunities. My motto? "History doesn't just teach us about the past—it illuminates the pathways to our future.”

Ι’m a people-driven coach who believes that learning, leadership and entrepreneurship are best developed through real action — and a bit of laughter along the way. I work as a Head Coach Tiimiakatemia by JAMK. My background is in entrepreneurship and team learning, and I’ve spent most of my career helping people and teams turn ideas into meaningful businesses. I have a deep understanding of how individuals grow within teams when learning becomes truly collective. Before my previous work in JAMK, I organized the largest hip-hop festival in the Nordic countries, ran my own small education company, and worked in different entrepreneurship development projects. These experiences taught me that business, creativity and community spirit thrive best together. My core values are continuous learning, responsibility and systems thinking — because the world’s challenges are rarely simple, and good ideas deserve to connect across boundaries. In my coaching, I bring both structure and playfulness. I’m known for being demanding but kind, and for helping people see connections they didn’t notice before. Outside of work, you’ll find me on the basketball court, behind a DJ deck, or spending time with my family.

Chelza Inzouddine

I’m a curious mind with an unstoppable drive to explore, create, and share. An engineer by training, I hold a double degree in robotics and automation from ESTIA (France) and Salford University (UK). But don’t let my technical background fool you—I’m the kind of person who seems composed on the outside but has a whirlwind of ideas and passions inside. My journey has taken me from tech innovation to international project management and even so-cial entrepreneurship, as I co-founded Impact Mama, empowering African women entrepreneurs. I thrive on learning, solving complex problems, and breaking down barriers, whether they’re techno-logical or psychological. I want to live to the fullest. You can find me completely absorbed in a book, hypnotized by a sun-rise, experimenting in the kitchen, dancing like nobody’s watching, or diving into a brand-new pro-fessional adventure. One thing’s for sure : I never stop exploring!
