After a successful first edition, TEAMIT+ is back, offering a unique international training experience for young people ready to tackle environmental challenges and build innovative solutions together.
What is TEAMIT+?
TEAMIT+ is a European training programme designed to empower young changemakers with practical skills, creative tools, and collaborative experiences. It unfolds across three powerful modules, each one pushing you closer to becoming a confident, action-oriented innovator.
Module 1: Understanding The World To Change It
Dive into four interactive workshops and role-playing activities covering:
- Climate change
- Circular economy
- Climate justice
- Migration
Gain critical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills while working in teams.

Module 2: The “24 Hours of Innovation”
A dynamic event where you’ll:
- Join diverse teams
- Receive real-world challenges from companies or institutions
- Develop solutions in only 24 hours
- Using design thinking, creativity methods, and entrepreneurial strategies, this module is all about learning by doing.

Module 3: Social4Impact
The final stage of the programme. Only 40 participants (10 per country) who completed M1 & M2 will be selected. Over four months, you’ll:
- Join virtual workshops
- Attend 2 international bootcamps
- Collaborate remotely in multicultural teams
- Present your projects in a final showcase
