Module 3 is the final part of the TEAMIT+ programme, designed to empower young participants (18-30) from Spain, France, Greece, and Finland to tackle climate change challenges through a practical, collaborative, and action-oriented approach. 40 participants (10 from each country) that have already participated in M1 & M2, are selected. This module gives them the opportunity to work in multicultural teams, developing innovative and sustainable solutions for pressing environmental and social issues. It emphasizes social innovation and team-based entrepreneurship (teampreneurship). The module lasts four months and includes:
The Social4Impact module follows a structured process, guiding participants through key phases of impact-driven entrepreneurship. It begins with Challenge Definition & Context Setting, where participants identify environmental and social problems, conduct structured research and engage in field research -Action Day- to validate real-world challenges.
Market Validation & Prototyping ensures ideas align with real needs through customer validation and the development of early-stage prototypes like storyboards, wireframes, and physical models. In Market & Customer Analysis, participants research competitors, map stakeholders and create Service Blueprints to refine user experiences.
To ensure long-term success, Growth Strategy & Business Model Development involves using the All-in-One Business Model Canvas, and identifying funding opportunities and revenue models. Finally, Impact Measurement & Pitching focuses on assessing project effectiveness using Impact Assessment frameworks and KPIs, finally leading to the development of high-impact pitches using the Pitching Canvas.
