Module 2 of the TEAMIT+ training program is an innovation event designed to promote creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Inspired by “the 24 Hours of Innovation“ concept developed by ESTIA, this module brings together participants from diverse backgrounds to collaborate on real-world challenges proposed by companies, institutions, and NGOs.
You will work in teams created on the spot, to develop innovative solutions—whether conceptual, electronic, or software-based—using a mix of creativity techniques, design thinking tools, and entrepreneurial strategies. It follows a “learning by doing” approach, where teams explore, ideate, prototype, and present their solutions within a strict 24-hour timeframe.
At the end of this event, each team presents their ideas in a 3-minute pitch before a panel of expert judges, who evaluate the projects based on innovation, feasibility, and impact. The best teams receive unique awards and prizes from event sponsors.
By participating in “24h Of Innovation”, you will gain experience in open innovation, critical thinking, prototyping, teamwork, negotiation, and public speaking. You will also develop valuable skills in entrepreneurship, marketing, and communication.
The event is not just a competition, it’s a unique opportunity to collaborate with professionals, gain industry insights, and contribute to real-world innovation challenges. Whether you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, a creative thinker, or someone looking to enhance your collaborative and problem-solving abilities, Module 2 offers an exciting, high-energy environment to push your limits and bring ideas to life.
