As part of the TEAMIT+ project, we document key moments through photos and videos during workshops, bootcamps, and events. These materials help communicate the impact of our work.

How Media May Be Used

By providing your consent, you agree that your image, voice, or likeness may appear in:

• TEAMIT+ websites and social media pages
• Project newsletters, brochures, and reports
• Public presentations, conferences, or exhibitions
• Promotional videos (non-commercial)

Some materials may be shared with Erasmus+ stakeholders or project partners.

Your Rights

You may:

• Refuse to be recorded or photographed
• Review or approve images before they are published (upon request)
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Request removal of your image from online platforms under our control

Note: For public events or large group photos, full removal may not always be technically possible, but your preferences will be respected.
