1. Purpose of Participation

TEAMIT+ is an Erasmus+ project funded by the European Union (Grant Agreement No. 101111560). It consists of three educational modules designed to help young people develop skills in:

• Sustainability and environmental awareness
• Innovation and entrepreneurship
• Intercultural collaboration and teamwork

By registering, you contribute to a pan-European learning experience rooted in real-world impact.

2. What You Commit To

By signing up for TEAMIT+, you agree to:

• Attend the modules you are accepted into (M1 and/or M2)
• Actively participate in workshops, group tasks, simulations, and feedback sessions
• Treat all fellow participants, coaches, and organizers with respect
• Foster collaboration, inclusion, and creativity
• Complete all required forms, evaluations, and reflections as part of the program
• Support a positive, team-oriented, and solution-driven environment

3. Eligibility for Module 3 (M3)

Module 3 is selective and limited to 10 participants per country. To qualify for consideration:

• You must have completed both Module 1 and Module 2
• You must show active engagement and collaboration during M1 and M2
• You must submit a 1-minute video introducing yourself and explaining your motivation to join M3

Final selection will consider participation quality, country balance, and motivation.

4. Conduct and Community Values

Participants are expected to:

• Act respectfully and inclusively
• Embrace diverse perspectives and experiences
• Avoid discriminatory, disruptive, or harmful behavior
• Promote constructive teamwork and empathy
• Share responsibility for a welcoming and creative group environment

These principles reflect the values of the Erasmus+ programme and the TEAMIT+ consortium.

5. Withdrawal and Non-Participation

While participation is voluntary, the project depends on your commitment. If you withdraw or fail to engage:

• You may be removed from your module or team
• You may become ineligible for Module 3 or related certifications (e.g., 6 ECTS credits)
• Always inform your country’s organizing team if you face obstacles

Important: If you are selected for Module 3, commit to take part and you cancel your participation without justified reason, you will be required to reimburse the cost of your travel and accommodation (e.g., flights and hotel bookings) already covered by the project.

6. Data and Reporting Transparency

Your attendance, outputs, and engagement may be:

• Used to help report outcomes to the European Commission
• Shared internally among TEAMIT+ partners only for coordination
• Never sold or used for unrelated purposes
